DIRECTIONS COMING FROM

SOUTH:
(Indianapolis) Coming from the south, 465 north to 31 north to the US 20 Bypass. Exit on SR 19 north. SR 19 becomes Nappanee Street. Continue to California Road intersection and turn left (west) on California Road, travel approximately 1/4 mile OSMC is on the right.
(Nappanee area) State Road 19 north (Nappanee Street) to California Road. Turn left (west), travel approximately 1/4 mile to OSMC on the right.

NORTH:
Take the Toll Road to the Elkhart exit, SR 19 south. Turn left (south) onto SR 19 (Cassopolis Street) to intersection of Bristol Street. Turn right (west). Continue on Bristol Street, which becomes Nappanee Street. Continue to the intersection of California Road. Turn right (west) travel approximately 1/4 mile to OSMC on the right.

NORTH from US 12:
Take US 12 to State Road 19 (Cassopolis) south to Bristol Street. Turn right onto Bristol Street and continue, Bristol Street curves to the south and becomes Nappanee Street. Continue to California Road intersection, turn right (west), travel approximately 1/4 mile to OSMC on the right.

WEST:
Take US 20 east to SR 19 intersection. Turn left (north) onto SR 19 to California Road intersection. Turn left (west) onto California, approximately 1/4 mile to OSMC on the right.

South Bend/ Mishawaka
WEST:
(optional if near Grape Road) Take Grape Road to Day Road. Take Day road east. Day Road becomes CR 12 (California Road). Travel approximately 1/4 mile east from the light at the intersection of CR 3 and California Road to OSMC on the left. (You will pass Memorial H.S. on the left after CR 3)

Middlebury Bristol
EAST:
Travel west on SR 120 to CR 17. Turn north, across six span bridge, to next light. Turn left (west) on C R 10 (Bristol Street). Continue on Bristol Street, which becomes Nappanee Street, to the intersection of Nappanee Street and California Road. Turn right (west), travel approximately 1/4 mile to OSMC on the right.

WARSAW:
Travel north on SR 15 to US 33 north through Goshen to SR 19 north in Elkhart. SR 19 becomes Nappanee Street. Continue on Nappanee Street to intersection of Nappanee and California Road. Turn left (west), travel approximately 1/4 mile to OSMC on the right.

SYRACUSE:
Travel north on US 6 west. Go west on US 6 to SR 15 north to US 33 north into Elkhart. Continue on 33 north to SR 19 North which becomes Nappanee Street. Continue to the intersection of Nappanee Street and California Road. Turn left (west) and travel approximately 1/4 mile to OSMC on the right.
