P.E.A.K

P.E.A.K. is a special program designed to enhance athletic performance. OSMC’s athletic trainers will custom-design a regimen to help the student athlete achieve goals that might have been out of reach before. P.E.A.K. is open to all athletes ages 12 to 22, and is offered at both our Elkhart and Nappanee locations.

The basic P.E.A.K. package includes three one-your sessions of one-on-one athletic assessment, instruction and program develop.
