WHAT & WHEN: To honor all veterans during the week of Veteran’s Day, the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center of Northern Indiana, Inc., commonly known as OSMC, will hold a flag raising ceremony featuring Miller’s Veteran Color Guard and Elkhart High School Musicians starting at 10:30 a.m. ET, Friday, November 12, 2021.
WHERE: The ceremony will be held at the outdoor flagpole in front of the Elkhart location of the orthopedic firm, 2310 California Road, Elkhart, IN 46514.
DETAILS: In a tribute to veterans, OSMC team members, Miller’s Vets, along with students in the Elkhart High School Choir and Band will participate in a flag raising ceremony. The national anthem of the United States, “The Star-Spangled Banner” by Francis Scott Key, will be sung, the pledge of allegiance recited, taps will be played and veterans recognized.
WHO WILL ATTEND: The entire community of Elkhart County is invited, especially area veterans from all branches of the armed services. Expected to attend are EHS students, parents, OSMC staff and physicians, visiting patients and others.
