The Performance Recovery Lounge is officially OPEN at Mishawaka Fieldhouse!
We’re grateful to be part of the St. Joseph County community and to provide access to the right resources, because we know recovery is just as important as performance, and it can make all the difference for athletes and active individuals.
Ian said it best: “I think sometimes people only think that’s involved in sports, but I think it’s for everyday life. So even if you’re an athlete the college level or professional level, if you’re professional level, if you’re not, you still need to be healthy to do the things you love.”
