This person will perform fluoroscopic procedures employing equipment, primarily C-Arms, that emit ionizing radiation. This person must perform a variety of procedures with the knowledge and ability to apply a prescribed amount of radiation for the purpose of obtaining optimal fluoroscopic pictures for interventional pain procedures.
The ideal candidate will assist with installation, configuration, updating, maintenance and support of workstations, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, mobile devices, and network related problems either desk side or using remote support tools for a multi-site organization. Travel between facilities is required.
This person would help check out patients following office visits. Help patients schedule appointments according to office protocol in an efficient and timely manner by telephone and in office. Taking patient payments as well as posting the payment accurately as well as balancing your cash drawer daily. Bilingual skills are a plus!
The Clinical Therapy Tech will support the physical/occupational therapists and therapy assistants by preparing treatment areas, materials and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapist(s) including but not limited to documentation, appointment scheduling, setting up equipment, demonstrating proper use of equipment, sterilization of equipment, monitoring and maintaining supply inventory, applying dressings and hot or cold pack and performing opening and closing duties. Bilingual skills are a plus! Travel to other offices is required.
Greets patients/visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Checks in patients, completes necessary registration paperwork, verifies, and accurately enters demographic information into computer. Adds insurance information, scans insurance cards, attaches correct insurance to the encounter for accurate billing and takes payments and/or co-pays from patients. Bilingual skills are a plus!
This person will enter information in HST for surgeries and pain procedures at the Surgery Centers by utilizing requests from physicians, nurses, office personnel or patients and perform a variety of clerical and recordkeeping tasks related to the Surgery Centers’ patient scheduling. This position is working within the Pain Management Department. Prior experience in a medical office is required. Bilingual skills are plus!
The PTA will provide dynamic, one-on-one musculoskeletal therapy under the supervision of experienced physical therapists in a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. In addition, must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapy assistant in Indiana. Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but new graduates with special interest in outpatient ortho will be considered. Travel to other offices is required.
Performs treatments, instructs in and advances patient home exercise programs in accordance with the Occupational Therapist’s plan of care. Prior outpatient orthopedic hand therapy experience required. Travel to other offices is required.
Responsibilities include coding and processing insurance claim forms, reviewing claims for complete information, correcting, and completing forms as needed, researching claims, and entering data into the insurance claims processing system, along with preparing claims for refiling or appeal when needed. Prior experience in a medical office billing preferred.
The responsibilities include managing instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must understand the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
This registered nurse will provide professional nursing care for outpatient surgical patients, following established standards and practices.
This role is responsible for accurate and timely posting of payment information to appropriate patient accounts. Assists with the development of month end reports. Reviews and investigates account credit balances for timely and accurate patient and payor refunds. Core responsibilities include processing EFT, credit card and check payments, entering correct adjustment transactions, creating payment and month end reports, analyzing account credits and determination of account resolution, and processing appropriate credit refunds. Candidates must possess attention to detail. Prior experience in payment processing required and medical revenue cycle preferred.
This person will welcome patients, and visitors, admitting patients, collecting required patient information, maintenance of electronic medical records, managing incoming calls and other administrative duties as requested.
Our Elkhart and Goshen office is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
