We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven ASC Director to lead the operations of our high-volume, physician-led ambulatory surgery center. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare leader with a proven track record of elevating ASC performance—clinical quality, financial outcomes, patient experience, and team development.
In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day ASC operations, including regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, supply chain management, and surgeon relations. You will work closely with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and position the ASC for long-term growth.

Position Summary: The Business Office Assistant is responsible for reviewing, processing, and issuing patients and insurance refunds in an accurate and timely manner. Assists the ASC & Revenue Integrity Manager with bundle related work, and works with patients on surgery prepays for both the facility and provider. The CSFA shall perform these functions during the operation under the direction and supervision of the surgeon and following appropriate laws and regulations. The Clinical Therapy Technician will support the physical/occupational therapists and therapy assistants by preparing treatment areas, materials and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapist(s) including but not limited to documentation, appointment scheduling, setting up equipment, demonstrating proper use of equipment, sterilization of equipment, monitoring and maintaining supply inventory, applying dressings and hot or cold pack and performing opening and closing duties. This position is primarily a hospital-based Nurse Practitioner role located in Elkhart, Indiana, and is employed through OSMC. The position will report directly to the practice physicians, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Chief Operating Officer.
The Nurse Practitioner will assess and treat patients using advanced clinical knowledge and skills, identify abnormal conditions, order labs and diagnostic imaging, assist with discharge orders and planning, educate patients on pre- and post-operative care, diagnose health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to physicians within the practice and the community.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an orthopedic setting
- Master’s degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) program
- Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner through:
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Nurse Practitioner Certification Center (NPCC)
- American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- Current Indiana APRN licensure
- Controlled substance license and DEA registration
- CSR Prescriptive Authority
