This person will be performing fluoroscopic procedures employing equipment, primarily C-Arms, which emit ionizing radiation. This person must perform a variety of procedures with the knowledge and ability to apply a prescribed amount of radiation for the purpose of obtaining optimal fluoroscopic pictures for interventional pain procedures. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program. Current Indiana license as a Radiologic Technologist required. Current registration with the ARRT required.

The Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) shall provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other intraoperative technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal patient results. In addition to intraoperative duties, the CSFA performs preoperative and postoperative duties to better facilitate patient care. The CSFA shall perform these functions during the operation under the direction and supervision of the surgeon and following appropriate laws and regulations. Must be a graduate of a Surgical Technologist program. Graduate of a Certified Surgical First Assist program. BLS Certification required. Job Responsibilities:
As part of a tight-knit IT team, the IT Support Specialist provides front-line technical support to end users across a multi-site healthcare organization. This role assists with day-to-day troubleshooting and request fulfillment, supports equipment deployment and maintenance, and participates in IT projects that improve reliability, security, and the overall user experience.
Essential Requirements
Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in several of the following areas:
- Provide desk-side support for end users in a Microsoft Windows environment (workstations, laptops, printers/scanners, phones, and other peripherals).
- Install, configure, image, and troubleshoot hardware and software, including Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools.
- Use a ticketing system to track requests, document work performed, and communicate status/next steps to users.
- Maintain clear support documentation (how-to guides, standard build steps, and troubleshooting notes) to promote consistency.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware/software issues and coordinate repairs/replacements as needed.
- Assist with basic network and connectivity troubleshooting (wired/wireless, VPN, printing, and application access) and escalate when appropriate.

The Nurse Practitioner will assess and treat patients using advanced clinical knowledge and skills, identify abnormal conditions, order labs and diagnostic imaging, assist with discharge orders and planning, educate patients on pre- and post-operative care, diagnose health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to physicians within the practice and the community.

An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) refers to a healthcare professional, including a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, who has advanced training and can provide an advanced level of medical tasks independently and collaborates with a physician. Our Pre-Post RN’s will be responsible for providing friendly, caring and professional nursing care for pre-operative, post operative and pain management patients, following established standards and practices. The RN’s will monitor and assess patient conditions throughout the pre-post period and report any unusual symptoms, occurrences or discrepancies to the Lead CRNA, Clinical Manager, ASC Director, Anesthesiologist or Physicians. This role is on a PRN status and does require two shifts every six weeks.
