The Clinical Therapy Tech will support the physical/occupational therapists and therapy assistants by preparing treatment areas, materials and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapist(s) including but not limited to documentation, appointment scheduling, setting up equipment, demonstrating proper use of equipment, sterilization of equipment, monitoring and maintaining supply inventory, applying dressings and hot or cold pack and performing opening and closing duties.
Greets callers in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Screens callers, responds to routine requests for information, service, and/or directs callers to appropriate staff. Sends communication requests to the clinical staff by completing appropriate intake templates, scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments. Contacts patients with referrals, authorized injections, etc. Bilingual preferred.
Duties include patient registration, patient discharge, and scheduling patient appointments. This office does require therapy check-ins and prep paperwork for initial therapy evals. Previous experience in a medical office setting, excellent customer service and computer skills are required. Bilingual is a plus.
Three day-a-week position working during Monday through Friday, at least 24 hours/week with work hours varying depending on days the applicant can work. Candidates must be patient service oriented with a pleasant personality. Prior clinical medical assisting experience and medical assisting certification is required. Bilingual a plus!
The ideal candidate will assist with installation, configuration, updating, maintenance and support of workstations, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, mobile devices, and network related problems either desk side or using remote support tools for a multi-site organization. Travel between facilities is required.
The pain management nurse practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice nurse who provides advanced levels of nursing patient care to the specialty population of patients with acute, chronic or cancer pain. The NP will assess patients by using advanced clinical knowledge and skills to identify abnormal conditions; diagnose health problems; develop and implement nursing treatment plans; evaluate patient outcomes; and collaborate with or refer to pain management physicians of the practice. The NP will use advanced knowledge and skills in teaching and guiding patients to other health care team members. Appropriate critical thinking skills will be used to make independent decisions, commensurate with the autonomy, authority, and responsibility of a nurse practitioner.
The Surgery Scheduling Assistant welcomes and receives patients in the Surgery Scheduling Department. Collaborates to research and fulfill requests from physicians, nurses, other office personnel or patients, according to established polices, protocols, and guidelines. Assists with obtaining all records for surgery, communicates with various hospital and physician offices, performs a variety of clerical and recordkeeping tasks related to surgery scheduling. helps the RN make appointments and assists with scheduling. Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate in and out of various systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Multi-tasking and organizational skills a must.
The Director of Rehab is a highly skilled outpatient physical therapist demonstrating superior leadership qualities, who is knowledgeable in physical therapy and occupational therapy management and clinical operations and will be open to training, input, and mentorship from Chief Executive Office and Chief Operations Officer. Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and communicate with all members of physician practice. Must be committed to evidence based clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction, efficient management operations, and regulatory compliance.

PTA to provide dynamic, one-on-one musculoskeletal therapy under the supervision of experienced physical therapists in a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. Applicants should be reliable, a team player, possess strong communicative interpersonal skills while displaying professionalism and empathy during patient care. In addition, they must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapy assistant in Indiana. Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but new graduates with special interest in outpatient ortho will be considered. Travel to other offices required.
The Pre-Cert Specialist is responsible for obtaining prior authorizations and verifying benefits from insurance payors for surgeries, services, diagnostic testing and other medical procedures. A detail-oriented individual with prior experience in pre-certification or an insurance background is preferred

The OSMC Insurance Representative provides great customer service, plus reviews, researches, and processes insurance claims. Core responsibilities include coding and processing claim forms; reviewing claims for complete information, correcting and completing forms as needed; accessing information and entering data into the insurance claims processing system; along with preparing claims for refiling or appeal when needed. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will be under the under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, the ideal candidate will assist with developing treatment goals, implementing and coordinating interventions plans, and providing education on home exercise programs for patients. Outpatient orthopedic hand therapy experience required. Travel to other OSMC offices may be required.
