Year 2023 marked the Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center’s (OSMC) 50th anniversary!
Since 1973, OSMC has grown alongside our community – serving patients and families with expert and compassionate care. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve in Elkhart County and St. Joseph County, Indiana as a trusted orthopedic practice. We continue to be devoted to providing exceptional care and service to the patients, families, and businesses we’ve known for years, and to all the new-comers and new generations.
Our organization has evolved to the year 2024 due to extraordinary foresight of physician leaders and great team members. Our founding doctors instilled a legacy of service and caring, and those personal values are still who we are today and what sets us apart.

As we move forward, we will continue to provide our ‘WAY TO CARE’ to you and your loved ones. While much has changed over 50 years, our mission, our values and our dedication to providing uncompromising medical and service excellence to our community members has not changed.
We’re still growing and moving forward… OSMC has clinic locations in Elkhart (two!), Nappanee, Goshen, Middlebury, along with the recently added location in Granger, Indiana.
