Monday-Friday with rotating start times of 7:30am-4:30pm and 8:00am-5:00pm. This person will be cross trained in all areas of medical records pertaining to forms completion (FMLA & Disability), scanning papers into patient’s medical record chart, releasing information from patients charts to the patient, other physicians’ offices, attorneys, insurance companies, hospitals, with the proper HIPPA compliant release of information forms. This person will also be answering incoming calls and doing outgoing calls to locate medical records for patients upcoming appointment. Plus, whatever is needed to be done in the medical records department. Prior medical records experience is preferred, and computer experience is required.
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm position that requires 3-5 years of RN experience. Ortho experience preferred. Duties include assisting patients via phone with their questions and needs. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, caring, compassionate, yet firm. Current IN RN license and BLS is required.
Prepares patients for radiology procedures. Takes x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety. Uses a variety of radiation protection and shielding materials.
Prepares contract media and barium. Ensures equipment is in working order. Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor. Logs radiology procedures completed. Processes related paperwork using computer equipment as directed. Maintains examination rooms. Stocks necessary medical and radiology supplies especially if radiology clerk is not available. Applies casts and braces as instructed. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor of Science, completion of course in radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Current certification (AART) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; CPR certification required.
Seeking staff Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedic clinic (full or part- time). Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
