The Clinical Therapy Tech will support the physical/occupational therapists and therapy assistants by preparing treatment areas, materials and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapist(s) including but not limited to assists with providing and applying dressing and hot/cold packs, assist with documentation, appointment scheduling, setting up equipment, demonstrating proper use of equipment, sterilization of equipment, monitoring and maintaining supply inventory, and performing opening and closing duties. Bilingual skills are a plus! Travel to other offices is required.
The Diagnostic Procedure Scheduler is responsible for pre-certification of diagnostic imaging orders, screening patients, scheduling and confirming appointments. A detail-oriented individual with a pleasant patient service personality with past scheduling background is preferred.
Duties include greeting patients, processing of patient payments, appointment scheduling and scanning medical records. Prior experience with customer service, medical appointment scheduling and handling money transactions is preferred. Responsible for closing in rotation with other discharge employees.

Seeking staff Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedic hand clinic. Outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy experience preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
The ASC Director manages the staff of the center so as to effectively/efficiently assure the quality/reliability of patient care. Accountable for the quality of care patients receive, performance of personnel and cost effective operation of the center. A graduate of accredited School of Nursing, preferably BSN, with a current Indiana RN License. BLS Certification. ACLS and PALS Certification. Minimum three to five years prior healthcare experience including two years of supervisory level experience in a surgery center or operating room.
PTA to provide dynamic, one-on-one musculoskeletal therapy under the supervision of experienced physical therapists in a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. In addition, must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapy assistant in Indiana. Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but new graduates with special interest in outpatient ortho will be considered. Travel to other offices is required.
Our Middlebury Office is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
The responsibilities of a Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") is to oversee the financial operations and financial planning of OSMC including revenue cycle management, budgeting, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, internal controls, and maintenance of relations with the financial community.
The responsibilities include managing instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must understand the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
Under the supervision of and in conjunction with the Rehab Director, is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the daily functions of the Physical Therapy Department. Evaluates and treats patients with musculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and disabilities through the use of various physical modalities, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic procedures in accordance with the physician's orders and department policies.

Licensed or eligible for license in the State of Indiana.
