We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven ASC Director to lead the operations of our high-volume, physician-led ambulatory surgery center. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare leader with a proven track record of elevating ASC performance—clinical quality, financial outcomes, patient experience, and team development.
In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day ASC operations, including regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, supply chain management, and surgeon relations. You will work closely with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and position the ASC for long-term growth.

The Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) shall provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other intraoperative technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal patient results. In addition to intraoperative duties, the CSFA performs preoperative and postoperative duties to better facilitate patient care. The CSFA shall perform these functions during the operation under the direction and supervision of the surgeon and following appropriate laws and regulations. Must be a graduate of a Surgical Technologist program. Graduate of a Certified Surgical First Assist program. BLS Certification required. The Clinical Therapy Technician will support the physical/occupational therapists and therapy assistants by preparing treatment areas, materials and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapist(s) including but not limited to documentation, appointment scheduling, setting up equipment, demonstrating proper use of equipment, sterilization of equipment, monitoring and maintaining supply inventory, applying dressings and hot or cold pack and performing opening and closing duties. Bilingual skills are a plus! Travel to other offices is required.

Job duties include assisting all physicians and clinical staff with patient care, procedural, clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks. Maintains Pain Management Clinic functions and efficiency by assisting managers and peers with daily needs of the clinic. Travel to other offices is required. Bilingual a plus!
This person will be responsible for performing MRI procedures and patient care utilizing a GE 1.5 Scanner. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the MRI services. This role will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 3 days a week with a total of 24 hours a per week. Successful completion of an accredited course in radiologic technology – associate degree in radiologic technology or above. Current Indiana license as a general diagnostic radiographer. Current registration with the ARRT required. A minimum of two years prior experience in imaging modalities or one-year prior MRI experience preferred.

The ideal individual would need to travel between our office locations in Elkhart, Goshen, Granger, Nappanee and Middlebury, Indiana. This position will be placed within our Elkhart California Road Corporate office but must be able to travel to any OSMC location. This position will report directly to the Practice Physicians with a dotted line reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) refers to a healthcare professional, including a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, who has advanced training and can provide an advanced level of medical tasks independently and collaborates with a physician. The APP will assess and treat patients using advanced clinical knowledge and skills to identify abnormal conditions, order and analyze diagnostic images, educate on pre and post operative care, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to physicians in the practice and community, as well as assist orthopedic surgeons during surgical procedures, wound closure and casting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in an Ortho setting with a Master's Degree from an accredited (ARC-PA) Physician Assistant program, a Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), State licensure as a Physician Assistant, a Controlled substance license and DEA registration, CSR Prescriptive Authority, Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or the following Nurse Practitioner educational requirements of a Master's Degree from an accredited (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Program, Certification as an Adult or Family Advanced Practitioner through the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Nurse Practitioner Credentialing Center (NPCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), State licensure as an APRN, Controlled substance license and DEA registration, CSR Prescriptive Authority, and Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Seeking staff Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedic hand clinic. Outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy experience preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
This person will be responsible for providing professional nursing care for surgical patients, following establish standards and practices. Current IN RN license, BLS and ACLS are required.
Our Elkhart location is hiring for a full-time RN or LPN to work in our Ortho Phone Room. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of RN or LPN experience. The RN/LPN will assist patients via phone with their questions and/or needs.
Typical responsibilities are providing nursing care for clinic or pain management patients via phone calls and virtual portals. Following established standards and practices within their scope. The nurse is expected to be detailed oriented, caring, compassionate, yet firm. Typical calls coming into the RN Phone Office are related to increased pain, RX refills, scheduling, status updates and postop concerns questions and concerns. Other duties include inspection reports, drug screens and wellness checks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competency in utilizing NexGen EHR, EPM and Outlook programs. Able to navigate and obtain needed information independently. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing license is required.

The Pre-Cert Specialist is responsible for obtaining prior authorizations and verifying benefits from insurance payors for surgeries, services, diagnostic testing, and other medical procedures. A detail-oriented individual with prior experience in pre-certification or an insurance background is strongly preferred.
This position is working in our Therapy Department greeting patients/visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Checks in patients, completes necessary registration paperwork, verifies and accurately enters demographic information into computer. Adds insurance information, scans insurance cards, and attaches correct insurance to the encounter for accurate billing. The hours for this role are 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Job duties include performing and participating in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization and storage of surgical instrumentation and equipment. Two years of prior experience is preferred. With this role we do have two opportunities one on a part time basis and one on a full time basis working in our Granger ASC.
The responsibilities include managing instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must understand the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field. Supports physical and occupational therapy by their primary role being to execute proper insurance verification and authorization processes. The Therapy Insurance Authorization Specialist plays a vital role in helping the patient receive the proper coverage, care, and understand their financial obligation for attending therapy once their physician has deemed it necessary.
