OSMC Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a strong Clinical Manager to grow its ASC team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, customer service, multi-tasking, organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to work well with others and the ability to hold confidential information is a must in this position.
Under the supervision of and in conjunction with the ASC Director, is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the daily operations of the Pre-Op/Post-Op and Operating Room areas. Under the supervision of the ASC Director, provides direction and leadership to the Pre-Op/Post-Op and OR staff while providing nursing care and services.
This position requires a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN. Current Indiana RN license. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS are required. One to three years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting. One to three years previous Pre-Post/Post-Op and OR experience preferred, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
The responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks related to patient care and janitorial environmental services in order to assist the staff and support the operation of the center. Other responsibilities may include reception, switchboard, preoperative phone calls and maintenance of electronic health records and other duties as assigned.
The Clinical Therapy Tech will support the physical/occupational therapists and therapy assistants by preparing treatment areas, materials and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapist(s) including but not limited to documentation, appointment scheduling, setting up equipment, demonstrating proper use of equipment, sterilization of equipment, monitoring and maintaining supply inventory, applying dressings and hot or cold pack and performing opening and closing duties. Bilingual skills are a plus! Travel to other offices is required.
Responsibilities include coding and processing insurance claim forms, reviewing claims for complete information, correcting, and completing forms as needed, researching claims, and entering data into the insurance claims processing system, along with preparing claims for refiling or appeal when needed. Prior experience in a medical office billing preferred.
This role will assist the Maintenance Supervisor regarding general repairs and maintenance of the organization’s physical facilities and related services, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, grounds and fleet maintenance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a technical skilled training preferred, a trade or vocational school diploma with courses in (electricity, plumbing, heating, etc.) and Journeyman’s License preferred.
The Marketing Director leads the strategic direction and execution of OSMC’s marketing efforts. This role oversees marketing plans, budgets, and agency partners to achieve targeted growth in patient volume, brand presence, and app engagement. This is not a hands-on creative role, but a leadership position driving outcomes through coordination, oversight, and strategic alignment.
This person will be responsible for providing professional nursing care for surgical patients, following established standards and practices. Current IN RN license, BLS and ACLS are required.
Seeking staff Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedic hand clinic. Outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy experience preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
Responsible for making payment arrangements with patients, collections, monitoring self-pay accounts and accounts with patient balances and assists patients with billing or statement questions. Files estate and notes bankruptcies in the chart.
This position under minimal supervision, key responsibilities include welcoming patients and visitors, admitting patients, collecting required patient information, maintenance of electronic medical records, managing incoming calls, and other administrative duties as requested. This position will require you to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from Noon to 5:30 p.m. after fully trained. This position will require you to work part-time hours in the morning or afternoon and flexibility on the schedule is a necessity.
Duties include patient registration, patient discharge, and scheduling patient appointments. This office does require therapy check-ins and prep paperwork for initial therapy evals. Previous experience in a medical office setting, excellent customer service and computer skills are required. Bilingual is a plus.
Our Elkhart Office is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure. This position offers a $15,000 sign on bonus.
This position is eligible for up to a $15,000 Sign on Bonus. Our Nappanee Office is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience is strongly preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
This position is working in our Therapy Department greeting patients/visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. Checks in patients, completes necessary registration paperwork, verifies and accurately enters demographic information into computer. Adds insurance information, scans insurance cards, and attaches correct insurance to the encounter for accurate billing. Computer skills are a must as you will be working on a computer handling scheduling for patients.
Duties include preparing patients for radiology procedures. Taking x-rays following established physician protocols and procedures for patient care and safety. Uses a variety of radiation protection and shielding materials. Ensures the equipment is in working order. Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor. Logs radiology procedures completed. Processes related paperwork using computer equipment as directed. Maintains examination and stock rooms. Stocks necessary medical and radiology supplies. Assist facility manager with clinic inventory and supply ordering. Performs quality controls and assists in maintaining the lab equipment. Travel to other offices is required. Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program. Current Indiana license as a Radiologic Technologist. Current registration with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
The responsibilities include managing instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must understand the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
