We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven ASC Director to lead the operations of our high-volume, physician-led ambulatory surgery center. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare leader with a proven track record of elevating ASC performance—clinical quality, financial outcomes, patient experience, and team development.
In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day ASC operations, including regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, supply chain management, and surgeon relations. You will work closely with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and position the ASC for long-term growth.

Ideal candidates will have:

The Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) shall provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other intraoperative technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal patient results. In addition to intraoperative duties, the CSFA performs preoperative and postoperative duties to better facilitate patient care. The CSFA shall perform these functions during the operation under the direction and supervision of the surgeon and following appropriate laws and regulations. Must be a graduate of a Surgical Technologist program. Graduate of a Certified Surgical First Assist program. BLS Certification required. This role is offering a $5,000 Sign on Bonus.
Responsibilities include coding and processing insurance claim forms, reviewing claims for complete information, correcting, and completing forms as needed, researching claims, and entering data into the insurance claims processing system, along with preparing claims for refiling or appeal when needed. Prior experience in a medical office billing preferred.
This person will be cross trained in all areas of medical records pertaining to forms completion (FMLA & Disability), scanning papers into patient’s medical record chart, releasing information from patient’s charts to the patient, other physicians’ offices, attorneys, insurance companies and hospitals, with the proper HIPAA compliant release of information forms. Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and maintaining confidentiality is required as you will be working with documentation for additional importing, exporting, and transferring from one program to another from multiple sites, departments, and other offices/hospitals. This person will also be answering a fast-paced phone line and making outgoing calls to locate medical records for patients’ upcoming appointments and other duties as requested. Prior medical records experience is preferred. Strong computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Abode, Mpage Reach, IHIE and LabCorp is helpful to be successful in this position.
This person will be responsible for performing MRI procedures and patient care utilizing a GE 1.5 Scanner. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the MRI services. This role will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 3 days a week with a total of 24 hours a per week. Successful completion of an accredited course in radiologic technology – associate degree in radiologic technology or above. Current Indiana license as a general diagnostic radiographer. Current registration with the ARRT required. A minimum of two years prior experience in imaging modalities or one-year prior MRI experience preferred.

An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) refers to a healthcare professional including a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who has advanced training and can provide an advanced level of medical tasks independently and works collaboratively with a physician. The APP will assess and treat patients using advanced clinical knowledge and skills to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to physicians in the practice and community. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in an Ortho setting with a Master's Degree from an accredited (ARC-PA) Physician Assistant program, a Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), State licensure as a Physician Assistant, a Controlled substance license and DEA registration, CSR Prescriptive Authority, Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or the following Nurse Practitioner educational requirements of a Master's Degree from an accredited (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Program, Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), State licensure as an APRN, Controlled substance license and DEA registration, CSR Prescriptive Authority, and Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Seeking staff Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedic hand clinic. Outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy experience preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
Our Elkhart location is hiring for a full-time RN to work in our Ortho Phone Room. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of RN experience. The RN will assist patients via phone with their questions and or needs. A current IN RN license and BLS is required. The hours for this role are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The responsibilities include making payment arrangements with patients, collections, monitoring self-pay accounts and accounts with patient balances and assists patients with billing or statement questions. Files estate and notes bankruptcies in the chart.
Duties include patient registration, patient discharge, and scheduling patient appointments. This office does require therapy check-ins and prep paperwork for initial therapy evals. The hours for this role are 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Previous experience in a medical office setting, excellent customer service and computer skills are required. Bilingual is a plus.
PTA provides dynamic, one-on-one musculoskeletal therapy under the supervision of experienced physical therapists in a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. In addition, must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapy assistant in Indiana. Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but new graduates with special interest in outpatient ortho will be considered. Travel to other offices is required.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
Two to four years of pre-post RN experience preferred. Current IN RN license and BLS are required. ACLS is preferred.
Job duties include performing and participating in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization and storage of surgical instrumentation and equipment. Two years of prior experience is preferred.
The responsibilities include managing instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must understand the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field. This role is offering a $5,000 Sign on Bonus.
