The Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) shall provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other intraoperative technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal patient results. In addition to intraoperative duties, the CSFA performs preoperative and postoperative duties to better facilitate patient care. The CSFA shall perform these functions during the operation under the direction and supervision of the surgeon and following appropriate laws and regulations. Must be a graduate of a Surgical Technologist program. Graduate of a Certified Surgical First Assist program. BLS Certification required.
Clinical Therapy Technician who will support the Goshen location physical/occupational therapists and therapy assistants by preparing treatment areas, materials and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapist(s) including but not limited to documentation, appointment scheduling, setting up equipment, demonstrating proper use of equipment, sterilization of equipment, monitoring and maintaining supply inventory, applying dressings and hot or cold pack and performing opening and closing duties.
This role will assist the Maintenance Supervisor regarding general repairs and maintenance of the organization’s physical facilities and related services, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, grounds and fleet maintenance. This role does require a valid drivers license to drive to and from all of OSMC locations.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a technical skilled training preferred, a trade or vocational school diploma with courses in (electricity, plumbing, heating, etc.) and Journeyman’s License preferred.
Seeking staff Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedic hand clinic. Outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy experience preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
Our Elkhart location is hiring for a full-time RN to work in our Ortho Phone Room. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of RN experience. The RN will assist patients via phone with their questions and or needs. A current IN RN license and BLS is required. The hours for this role are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The responsibilities include making payment arrangements with patients, collections, monitoring self-pay accounts and accounts with patient balances and assists patients with billing or statement questions. Files estate and notes bankruptcies in the chart.
Duties include greeting patients, processing of patient payments, appointment scheduling and scanning medical records. Prior experience with customer service, medical appointment scheduling and handling money transactions is preferred. Responsible for closing in rotation with other discharge employees. This role is working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with a rotation for a late departure one week a month.
Our Elkhart Office is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure. This position offers a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Outpatient orthopedic experience is strongly preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
This position is eligible for up to a $15,000 Sign on Bonus. Our Nappanee Office is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience is strongly preferred but new graduates will be considered! Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy and eligible for Indiana licensure.
Two to four years of pre-post experience preferred. Current IN RN license and BLS are required. ACLS is preferred.

The Therapy Insurance Authorization Specialist must be committed to patient customer satisfaction. Supports physical and occupational therapy by their primary role being to execute proper insurance verification and authorization processes. The Therapy Insurance Authorization Specialist plays a vital role in helping the patient receive the proper coverage, care, and understand their financial obligation for attending therapy once their physician has deemed it necessary.
